Beef Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 doz. tortillas, broken in small pieces
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown beef and season slightly with garlic salt and pepper. Mix into beef; soups, sauces and green chilies.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Add salt to taste and place in casserole alternating tortillas and sauce.
Sprinkle cheese and onion between each layer. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 1/2 hour.
Place cheese on top to melt through dish.
