Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Butter both sides of bread and break into pieces.
Make 3 layers of bread and cheese.
Start with bread layer and top with cheese. Combine the eggs, salt, dry mustard, pepper and milk. Pour over cheese and bread.
Refrigerate overnight (covered). Take from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Place dish in pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
