Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft aged natural Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add broccoli, milk, eggs, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until set.
    Makes 6 servings.
