Caramel Corn With Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pop popcorn.
    Remove all unpopped kernels.
    Set aside.
    In saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and peanuts. Bring mixture to boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Pour hot mixture over popcorn. Spread covered corn onto shallow baking pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Break apart and store in Ziploc bags.
