Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) trout
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can unsalted stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    2 slices bacon
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook until almost done.
    Add tomatoes and basil to skillet.
    Let cook about 5 more minutes.
    Arrange fish in foil covered pan.
    Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
    Cut slits in top of fish.
    Insert bacon.
    Pour mixture from skillet over fish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with favorite vegetables.
