"Francisco'S Gumbo" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 lb. oysters
    2 lb. crabmeat
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cut okra
    2 lb. crawfish (in shell) clams
    2 onions, chopped
    1 tsp. gumbo file or to taste
    1 can tomatoes (8 oz.)
    2 bay leaves or to taste
    3 cloves garlic
    red pepper (optional)
    cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Throw it all in a pot; cook slowly for 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serve with rice.
