Orange Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) whole pork loin
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    dash of cayenne
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. Angostura Bitters
Preparation
    Mix butter, thyme and cayenne.
    Spread on pork.
    Place pork on rack in roasting pan.
    Pour orange juice over it.
    Roast at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes per pound or until temperature on meat thermometer reaches 185\u00b0.
    Remove meat to platter and keep warm.
