Mock Sour Cream(Low-Fat, Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a container of an electric blender; process at medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Serve as a topping for baked potatoes.
    Yield: 1 1/4 cups (about 9 calories per tablespoon).
