Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy pan.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth and milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbly.
    Stir in next 6 ingredients.
    Pour chicken mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with pastry from recipe to follow.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
