Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head red cabbage
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 small apples, thinly sliced
    5 whole cloves
    salt
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Heat oil in skillet; add cabbage, apples and cloves.
    Salt slightly.
    Cook 25 minutes or until tender.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
