Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large c. sauerkraut
1 c. chopped pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
Preparation

In a separate container, mix the vinegar, oil and sugar.
Stir thoroughly and pour over other ingredients, but do not stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir in the morning.
Keeps as long as you like.
Very good.
