Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and cook on a griddle.
    When potatoes are cooked through, but not crispy, pour batter over them.
    Cook on both sides.
    Serve with sour cream.
