Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    9 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    12 slices bread, cubed with crust removed
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    Beat eggs with milk and add bread and salt.
    Stir in cheese and sausage.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish (or pan) cover with fill and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes uncovered.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
