Spaghetti Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 spaghetti squash
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut the spaghetti squash in half.
    Cover with water and simmer until squash is tender and shreds easily into strands.
    Drain. Put into a saucepan and add the spaghetti sauce and simmer.
    Add salt and pepper to taste as needed.
