Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. real milk chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in 2-quart pan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and gradually stir in chocolate until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
