Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    3 soup cans of water
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1 broiler - fryer, cut up
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish, place rice and sprinkle with dry soup mix.
    Then combine soup, water and mushrooms; pour 1/2 over rice.
    Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
    Place chicken in single layer on rice.
    Pour remaining one half soup mixture over chicken.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Just before serving fluff rice gently with fork.
