Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 (6 oz.) can lemonade (frozen)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt together; blend in boiling water and lemonade.
Beat egg yolks and blend into cornstarch mixture.
Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from fire and pour into a cooled pie shell. Cool; cover with meringue and brown.
