Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can beef bouillon
Preparation
    Brown rice and onion in margarine.
    Place in a greased casserole dish; add mushrooms (drained) and soup plus enough water to make 2 cups.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
