Red Apple Inn Rolls(From Heber Springs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water with 1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 pkg. yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    6 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt.
    Let cool.
    Mix yeast with warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Make a well in flour. Add eggs, yeast and other mixture.
    Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
    Flour a board with enough flour to knead.
    Roll out. Cut with cookie cutter and brush both sides with butter, then fold over; let rise.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
