Pioneer Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine in order listed; mix well and pour into prepared pie shell.
Bake in quick oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for remaining time, about 45 minutes, or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields one 9-inch pie.
