Kolachy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    1 c. warm water
    4 pkg. yeast
    4 eggs, beaten
    9 c. unsifted flour (about)
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and margarine.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Measure warm water into a large, warm bowl.
    Sprinkle or crumble in yeast; stir until dissolved.
    Stir in lukewarm milk mixture, beaten eggs and half of the flour; beat until smooth. Stir in remaining flour to make a slightly stiff dough.
