Fudge Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cook until a soft ball forms when dropped in cold water or stir a little in a small amount of peanut butter until it becomes hard.
Remove from heat and stir in margarine, peanut butter and vanilla.
Add pecans, if desired.
Mix well and pour on wax paper (use a cut open paper bag under the wax paper).
Let cool and cut into squares.
