Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. oats
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats.
Add raisins and pecans as desired.
Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
