Parolini Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 to 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey meat
    1 zucchini, finely grated
    dash of oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. butter
    1 can tomato paste (if needed)
    1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
Preparation
    In large crock-pot, add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and finely grated zucchini on high.
    Chop onion and bell pepper. Rinse mushrooms, then saut in large skillet with butter, stirring until cooked.
    Drain and add to crock-pot.
    Add minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    Now saut meat until cooked, drain and add to crock-pot.
    Stir together and turn crock-pot to low and simmer 1 to 4 hours.
    Boil water and cook spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes.
    Serve sauce over noodles with salad and garlic French bread.
