Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loose sausage (mild) or 1 lb. bacon
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain or cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.
    Make this the night before serving and refrigerate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
