Ingredients
    3 to 4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put apples in a glass bowl with lemon juice and microwave on High, 4 to 5 minutes, until soft.
    Add cinnamon and microwave on High 1 minute more.
