Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sweetened fruit (apples, cherries or peaches)
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool.
    Dump remainder of ingredients into the butter.
    Do not stir.
    Drop the fruit into the mixture.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
