Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Scrape or peel carrots.
    Cook in a small amount of water until tender, but not soft, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from water.
    Place in a greased baking pan.
    Mix honey and orange juice, pour over carrots.
    Bake 15 minutes in moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 6.
