Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole or chicken parts
    celery
    onions
    carrots
    escarole, spinach or any leafy vegetable (one)
    acini de pepe
    meat balls
Preparation
    Cook chicken until well done in plenty of broth.
    With your chopped veggies to make your stock, remove chicken and remove skin and bones.
    Make a couple of dozen meat balls (or more).
    Roll them real small.
    While pot is boiling, add acini de pepe and drop in meat balls.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook long enough for pasta and meat balls to be cooked.
    Serve, putting one or two meat balls in each bowl.
