Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 rolls garlic cheese
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 3 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; melt cheese in soup.
    Cook broccoli as directed and drain; put in layers in greased casserole.
    Crush stuffing and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
