Sesame Shrimp(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    6 to 8 oz. cooked and cleaned shrimp (thawed if frozen)
    4 green onions with tops, sliced diagonally
    soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In skillet or wok, cook sesame seed in oil until lightly toasted. Add shrimp, onions, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the ginger. Stir-fry just until shrimp are heated. Serve over rice with additional soy sauce.
