Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
    1 artificial lime
    1 small bottle barbecue sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 2/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Take a sharp knife and make jabs all over the roast on both sides.
    Put roast in flat oven dish.
    Mix together the ingredients for marinade.
    Pour over meat and refrigerate, covered.
    Turn every 2 hours.
    Cook on grill; turn every 10 minutes.
    Baste with marinade.
    Allow 30 minutes for rare, 45 minutes for medium and 60 minutes for well done roast.
