Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fettucini or favorite pasta
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
pinch of nutmeg or parsley
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Bring milk, butter and cottage cheese to a boil.
Drain pasta or fettucini; add milk and cheese mixture.
Toss well, then add nutmeg or parsley and ground pepper.
Serve warm with French garlic bread and salad.
