1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 1/2 oz.) bag caramels
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix cake according to package.\tPour half into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
