Fish With Lemon Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onion, cut 1/4-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fish fillet, thawed and separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and stir onions and margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
    Stir in milk and instant bouillon.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Arrange fillets in an oblong baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Spoon spinach around fish; drizzle lemon juice over spinach.
    Spoon sauce evenly onto fish and spinach.
    Cook uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven until fish flakes with fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Makes 8 servings.
