Sausage-Spinach Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage (link or bulk)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 small can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, smashed and diced
1 lb. gnocchi or cavetelli macaroni
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain grease.
If link sausage, take out of casing and crumble well.
Put back in pan and add garlic, spinach and tomato sauce.
Cook on low until sauce and spinach are done and well blended.
