Pecan Pumpkin Pie(Homemade With Love) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pie spice.
Spread over bottom of pie shell.
Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla.
Stir in nuts.
Spoon over pumpkin mixture.
Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
