Great-Grandma'S 1-2-3 Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, well packed
    2 c. butter (2 sticks margarine + 2 sticks butter)
    3 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Soften butter (not to a liquid form though).
    Mix butter and sugar (to a very smooth texture).
    Add flour very slowly (this is the secret).
    Drop on cookie sheets with teaspoon.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 15 minutes on top rack, then 15 minutes on bottom rack.
    Allow cookies to cool completely.
    Sugar cookies with 10x in a baggie.
