Paul'S Poultry Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
dash of cumin

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a covered container. Sprinkle on any poultry to taste. Makes 4 teaspoons.
