Strawberry Jello Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O (6 oz.)
1 c. boiling water
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in sugar, thawed
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
-
Dissolve Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.
Add thawed strawberries, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Mix well.
Pour half of the mixture into Jell-O mold.
Freeze 15 minutes.
Spread sour cream over it.
Pour remaining mixture on top and chill.
