King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans tomatoes with green chiles
2 c. cooked chicken
14 oz. pkg. flour tortillas, torn into pieces
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Saute green peppers and onion in butter.
Mix peppers, onions, cream of chicken, tomatoes, and chicken together.
In a 9x13 pan, alternate layers (2 times), 1) tortillas, 2) sauce mix, 3) cheese.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
