Decorator Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. powdered cream
    1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    5 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together, add more sugar to thicken or water to thin. Makes a lot.
    Cut in half for two-layer cake.
