Catfish Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 catfish fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Heinz ketchup
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip fillets in lemon juice, then coat both sides with crumb mixture. Place in shallow coated baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake uncovered in oven for 10 minutes.
