Sesame Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork spareribs, cut into pieces
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Roast pork, uncovered, on rack in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Mix soy sauce, wine, sesame seed, oil, sugar, red pepper and garlic in a saucepan; heat to boiling.
Mix cornstarch and cold water; gradually stir into sauce mixture.
Boil, stirring, for about 1 minute.
Brush ribs with sauce.
Roast, turning and basting, until done, about 45 minutes.
