Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon and mash with a fork.
    Mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and salt.
    Form into a ball while still in bowl.
    Chill 3 hours.
