Ingredients

4 cans sliced beets, drained
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
3 tsp. celery salt
Preparation

Heat the vinegar, sugar, salt and celery salt.
Pour over the beets and onion.
Refrigerate mixture and serve cold.
Keeps very well.
(This is very good to take on picnics.)
