Lemon Butter Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt margarine in a pan and add lemon juice. Coat pork chops with lemon/butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper and place in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until done.
