Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 bottle red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, beating well after each egg. Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add food coloring to cake mixture. Alternately add milk, butter and flour to mixture in that order. Add vanilla and vinegar. Beat. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
