Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft shortening (part butter)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs thoroughly. Blend all dry ingredients; stir in.
    Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
    Roll into mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
