Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 cup water
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg whites, and water in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water on medium heat and beat with beater until frosting forms soft peaks and holds its shape about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Frost cooled cake.
This is enough for top and sides of 2 layer cake.
